History
VNP, s.r.o. was established in 1996 by separating the tool shop from the mechanical engineering company TRW‑DAS Dačice.
In 2009, our own manufacturing hall was approved so the operation was moved from the rented premises to our own new ones. In 2011 we purchased our first Agie machine for electrical discharge machining.
Since 2014 we have been using the MAS 5D milling machine and in 2021 we also started using the MAS 3D milling machine with a high-speed spindle with a maximum speed of 24,000 RPM.
Activities
The main activity of VNP, s.r.o. is piece, prototype and small series production of special jigs, tools and gauges or production of precision pieces of molded parts according to the customer's requirements.
The company currently has 60 employees.
Technologies
The technological base for production includes CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, CNC grinders, electrical discharge machine tools (EDM) and conventional machine tools. We have our own inspection measuring center and hardening shop.
